This course serves as a “decision lab” by situating students in simulated “entrepreneurial environments” and exposing them to a wide variety of problems faced by managers working in these environments. Provides students with effective decision making frameworks so as to equip them with the competencies necessary when and if they decide to either work for an entrepreneurial start-up, or create their own such organization, upon graduation.
