This course discusses the relevance of social needs in developing a sense of ethics, the need for personal ethics in business decisions, and the importance of a shared sense of values in developing productive work communities. The emphasis throughout is on practical issues facing people in business. The discussions of ethical issues are used as a forum for developing business communication skills.
